Online Ordering For Bakeries

We just completed writing a new web based module/utility that will allow your customers to access your website and perform the following: If you wish to test the service, please do the following:
  1. Access www.myonlinebakery.com
  2. Enter Username/E-mail: customer@myonlinebakery.com
  3. Enter Password: 123

How It Works:

  1. Your customer logs into MyOnlineBakery.com using their customeeerID and passowrd.
  2. They enter their orders or edit existing standing orders.
  3. You download the orders(new and unchanged) and adjusted standing orders from MyOnlineBakery.com
  4. Once you have processed your customer's orders, you may upload the updated information into MyOnlineBakery.com
  5. The customer will then receive a confirmation of their order via email.

  2. Answer: TwinPeaks Software staff.
  3. Is there a limit to how many of our customers can use the site?
  4. Answer: No.
  5. Is my customer required to purchase any software or hardware to enable him/her to use the service?

  7. Am I required to re-enter the new orders’ and standing orders’ changes?
  8. Answer: No. The information will flow into Z-Bake.
  9. What will this service cost me?
  10. Answer: $90 per month. No additional setup, maintenance or other fees.
  11. Is there a long lasting contract to sign?
  12. Answer: No. You can stop the service anytime.
*Here is our estimate of the cost of making 2 orders per day per month: Let us assume that it takes a computer operator about 5 minutes to talk to a customer, write the new order or the change in standing order, and move to Z-Bake to enter the information. Let us also assume that a good order entry clerk costs your establishment $20 per hour in payroll, taxes and benefits. That translates to $1.50 as the cost of each transaction. With two of them per day, over a period of 30 days, the cost adds up to $90.

To calculate your estimated savings, substitute two transactions with your actual number of transactions per day and use your labor cost. Your savings could add up to hundreds of dollars per month.
